One of a kind

I love unusual shapes that mix organic with modern style. this sleek stainless "crunch" bowl rests on top of twisted steel "twigs".

Eco chic

I have to give my dad credit on this piece. Just as I was completing the last weld on this washer ball, he breezed by and asked me where the light goes?? Now, why didn't I think of that. After a little modification, this washer ball dazzled with light! These will look great outside for the holidays! Approx. 10" diameter. Available by request, please email if interested.

The Mother Lode!!

Christmas has come early for One Eighty Design, thanks to Mark at Yaeger's Salvage Yard! I scored 4ooo pounds of washers today and a huge heap of twisted - twig like steel. Oddly, my kids were not as excited as I was. Thanks mom and dad for helping me, once again you're the best!

New Basket & Chain Bowl

The basket: cool shaped cutouts - sort of creates a basket weave effect when welded together. I love it paired with the twig/root style handle created from reclaimed steel.

The chain bowl: motorcycle chain and reclaimed steel "sticks". Anchored with a thick circle base. Please email me personally if you're interested in these or any other one-of-a-kind creations.

New Bowl

Something new, hot out of the shop! Heavy duty chain/links - possibly my new favorite. I created this on a large form - size is about 16" across and 6" tall. Limited quantities though - due to materials supply.

Custom stands for a wedding/event

Recently I collaborated on a project with my uber-creative uncle who is an event planner-florist-extraordinaire. I can't say enough about David - he's amazing. (richfieldflowers.com) and just all around nice guy. He needed some eco-stands for upcoming events and we came up with some great twig/branch stands - they turned out great and I'm sure they will get much use. Materials used: cool braided/cable (there are spools of it in the shop), damaged/salvaged rebar and miscellaneous wire.

New treasures from the dump!

I love to dumpster dive - there I said it. My mom and I spent the day on Friday running from dumpster to dumpster, and scrapyard to scrapyard - does anybody else spend a mother/daughter day like this? Anyway, treasures galore - we picked up slugs, some cool chain link thingys, oh, and I stumbled across 4000 pounds of washers - yes, you read that right! Look for cool new things to be coming out of the shop!

Do good. Live green.
